While Bombayla was beaten 6-2 by Alejandra Valencia of Mexico, Deepika failed to take a set off second-ranked Tan Ya-Ting of Chinese Taipei, losing 6-0.Bombayla came under pressure by firing a 7 in her first shot of the first set, which Valencia went on to win 28-26 with some consistent scoring.In the next set, Bombaylas second shot was an 8.
